Once Upon a Kernel, Indiana's ultimate Gourmet Popcorn. Our recipes are the result of a working partnership with Carole Buck who founded Not Just Popcorn and has been making flavors since 1988. In 2021 Carole and her family of popcorn specialists joined Indyo Frozen Yogurt to start a new line of Gourmet Popcorn called ONCE UPON A KERNEL. Several years later, more than 100 handcrafted flavors. These delicious flavors can now be found at Indyo Frozen Yogurt in the Greenwood Park Mall.
